All of our coaching founded in over 10 years of formal training and experience in coaching, sport psychology and sport science.

 

1-on-1 Coaching

All of our 1-1 work is tailored to the client's needs. 

Examples of common skills discussed include:

  • Emotional control

The majority of our 1-1 work happens digitally via Skype/Facetime enabling high impact and convenience. 

1-on-1

Coaching

Limited to 5 per season

 

 

Bespoke support for Olympic, World and International Level athletes

From 1x or 2x monthly to consistent daily involvement

Limited to 15 per annum

 

 

Working with athletes from National, Regional and Club level

From junior to masters age groups

1x or 2x monthly

minimum 3 months

Race Coaching

Limited to 5 per race

A 4 month build up to your race with 1 reflection session post-race

(5 sessions total)

Built to help you achieve the PB/PR or experience that you are targeting

College SOccer Player package

Limited to 10 per season

5 month package July - Nov to support International Players in Collegiate soccer in the USA

Powerful, bespoke delivery combining the theory, real-life experiences, case studies and entertaining anecdotes from recent events and research.
